A group of corrupt police officers storm a dilapidated building in a poverty-stricken suburb of Paris, their hearts filled with vengeance for their fallen comrade who was brutally killed by a merciless criminal organization lurking in the shadows of the dark maze-like structure. Little do they know, the once living inhabitants of the building have been transformed into undead creatures by a mysterious plague, turning the already dangerous trap into a nightmarish battleground where the living must fight to survive against the ravenous horde.
