Chris Kenner, an American who was raised in Japan, is a seasoned police officer patrolling the streets of Little Tokyo in Los Angeles. His partner, Johnny Murata, is a Japanese-American struggling to connect with his heritage. Despite their cultural contrasts, both men share a passion for martial arts and use their expertise to combat the ruthless yakuza drug lord, Yoshida, who has a personal vendetta against Kenner. As Kenner delves into his past, he must confront his own demons while navigating the dangerous underworld of organized crime.
