At the tender age of twelve, Noura finds himself caught in the tumultuous transition from childhood to adulthood. His budding desires have led to his exclusion from the women's baths, once a sanctuary where his mother would escort him. Yet, he remains on the outskirts of the adult conversations that dominate the village, not quite ready to join the ranks of the men. In this liminal space, Noura's only companion is Salih, a rebellious figure who stands defiantly against the village's political norms, offering Noura a glimpse into a world beyond his own.
