Murakawa, a seasoned Tokyo yakuza growing weary of the treacherous gangster lifestyle, receives a dubious assignment from his boss to journey to Okinawa with his trusted henchmen in tow. Their mission? To intervene in a bloody gang war tearing apart the once serene island, purportedly as mediators between two fierce rival clans. However, upon their arrival, Murakawa quickly realizes that the root of the conflict is minuscule in comparison to the chaos that lies ahead. As he questions the true motives behind his boss's orders, a sudden and devastating attack on his headquarters leaves him and his loyal gang vulnerable to a merciless ambush, plunging them into a deadly game of survival in the unforgiving streets of Okinawa.
